Southern Biscuits – January

Fluffy, flaky, crisp, and soft nothing beats a fresh baked southern biscuit. Making the best biscuits takes patience, love, and the self-control to not touch that dough too much. Join Brian Medford as he teaches techniques for baking off a fresh batch in your own oven. On the menu are classic southern biscuits, a caramelized onion and gruyere variation to add a little extra flair, and rich pork sausage gravy you can smother your biscuit babies with.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
