Discover your inner Italian nonna in this workshop on the craft of handmade pasta. Abby Canfield will teach you how to mix, knead, and roll pasta all’uovo (egg dough), how to create different shapes, and how to properly cook your newly-filled pastas. You’ll make piles of caramelle, scarpinocc, and fagottini that you’ll stuff with roasted butternut squash and ricotta filling and toss with brown butter, kale, and sweet and sour red onions.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
