Jewish Comfort Food – October

As we settle into fall, we’ll need all the comfort food we can get. In this class Asher Ramras will teach you how to prepare a comforting Jewish supper, inspired by his childhood, to warm you up on a rainy day! You will learn how to make Grandma Selma’s sweet and sour meatballs and kasha varnishkes (homemade bowtie pasta with caramelized onions and buckwheat groats).

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.

All classes are listed in Pacific Daylight Time.
