Kathi rolls, a traditional on-the-go lunch for city dwellers, are common throughout India. In this class, Shama Joshi will dive into this street food classic using some of her favorite recipes. You’ll make whole wheat egg roti from scratch, and fill them with chicken curry; cilantro-mint chutney; quick-pickled onions, and topped with chaat masala.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
