Happy Hour: The Basics of Bubbly – December

Bubbles are for celebrating, and in this online class with Janet Beeby, you’ll party with all the best – from Champagne to Prosecco to Cava. We’ll learn where they’re from and how they’re made and look at the history of why they were developed in the first place. We’ll be getting festive and will make smoked salmon blini and a holiday Prosecco cocktail, so if you’re looking for something sparkling – look no further! This class is for guests that are 21 and over.

This is a live, hands-on class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome groups on the same screen.
