For many, this is the most anticipated meal of the year, and choosing a wine that not only pairs well with multiple side dishes, but also appeals to everyone can be a daunting task. In this class with Janet Beeby, we’ll take a look at fundamental flavor profiles and explore what can make a food and wine pairing delicious. We will taste a few wine options, as well as make festive cranberry and brie puffs and mini pumpkin spice puffs to kick off the holiday season. This class is for guests that are 21 and over.
