In this class taught by Sommelier Janet Beeby, we will take a look at fundamental flavor profiles and explore what can make a food and wine pairing perfectly delicious. We will taste through some delectable wine options, and we will also make a couple of festive little bites that are a sure way to kick off the holiday season.
