In this class Brian Medford will help you perfect your British accent while sharing some of his favorite recipes and techniques from England. You’ll learn tips and tricks for classic shortcrust, and then use it to make bite-sized Cornish pasties filled with beef, rutabaga, and potato, as well as bakewell slice with frangipane and raspberry jam.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
