French Classics: Duck a l’Orange – December

While we are dreaming of a cozy evening in a crowded bistro in Paris, we might as well learn how to create a meal that is just as comforting our own homes! In this class Jay Guerrero will share techniques and recipes for some of his favorite classic bistro dishes. You’ll learn how to break down a whole duck, render the fat, and serve a feast as you make duck a l’orange; thyme-scented duck fat potatoes; and watercress salad in a walnut dressing.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
