Cooking With Kids: Cream Puffs – October

Parents! Join us for an afternoon of cooking and mess-making with your little one! In this class taught by KATHARINE WRIGHT, you’ll explore the weird and wacky world of pate a choux dough. You’ll pipe, bake, and fill your homemade dough to make vanilla cream puffs with maple whipped cream and chocolate-glazed profiteroles filled with ice cream.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
