Cooking with Kids: Asian Dumplings – November

Parents! Join us for an afternoon of cooking and mess-making with your little one! In this class taught by Renée Beaudoin, you’ll explore the delicious world of Asian dumplings. She’ll show you how to make a hot water dumpling dough from scratch, and how to roll and form classic shapes by hand. You’ll cook pan-fried pork and ginger gyoza that you’ll dip into freshly-made ginger-soy sauce. This class is recommended for: one or two parents and one or two children between the ages of 7-12.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
