Baking 202: Hand-Pulled Strudel – October

Known for its delicate shatter and whirlpool of flaky layers, strudel might be one of our favorite ways to wrap fruit in dough! In this class you’ll roll up your sleeves, take over your kitchen, and learn about the history of this iconic Austrian treat. BRIAN MEDFORD will guide you through the proper techniques to perfectly hand stretch this unique dough, and at the end of class you’ll have an apple strudel with apple cider caramel sauce to enjoy!

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
