Badass Bartending: Aperitifs and Digestifs – January

Spend an evening with the charismatic Jermaine Whitehead as he weaves cocktail history into his masterful exploration of how aperitifs and digestifs can and should round out your cocktail repertoire. You’ll wonder how you survived these times without the skills to whip up a Reverse Dry Martini on a moment’s notice or mingle bitter Campari with sweet and acidic pineapple paired with rum to make a Jungle Bird. But wait there’s more! There’s A Spritz to Remember and a deft hand with the often misunderstood Fernet Branca in a Spiced Flip. This class is for guests that are 21 and over.

This is a live, hands-on class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome groups on the same screen.
