Asian Bao – December

There’s nothing quite like fresh-made bao stuffed with your favorite fillings, so why not learn to make your own at home? In this class Michelle Nguyen will teach you all about making and shaping Asian buns as you cook cha siu bao (baked BBQ pork buns with honey glaze); steamed hum bao with chicken, ginger, and mushrooms.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
