Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all of Neil Duncanson's favorites from a Southern Barbecue Plate. Each ticket is for 2 to 3 servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-7pm.
Pork baby back ribs with rhubarb and black pepper barbecue sauce
Smoked potato salad with grilled green beans, peanuts, and roasted serrano vinaigrette
Buttermilk cabbage slaw with poppyseeds, carrots, and homemade hot sauce
Sweet rolls with sesame seeds, salted butter, and flake salt
Milk-boiled corn on the cob with honey butter and flake salt
Strawberry buttermilk cobbler
The meal does not have a vegetarian option.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
