Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all of Laura Pyles's favorite from the Greek Isles. Each ticket is for 2 to 3 servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-6:30pm.
Whipped feta with figs, carrots, red onions, and mint salata
Caramelized eggplant with tomatoes, kalamata olives, fresh herbs, and grilled pita
Lamb souvlaki with green yogurt, grilled apricots, and honey tahini sauce
Grilled summer squash with red peppers, summer greens, and lemon oregano vinaigrette
Pistachio and walnut baklava with cinnamon honey and Greek yogurt
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the lamb souvlaki with summer vegetable souvlaki. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please send us an email right after purchasing, and we'll make a note on the registry.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
