Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: Renee Beaudoin's favorite dishes clebrating the Summer Fruit Harvest. Each ticket is for 2 to 3 servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-7pm.
Grilled sourdough bread with smoky-tomato pepita dip
Pork baby back ribs with spicy plum gastrique and cilantro
Grilled savoy cabbage with snap peas, avocado, and cherry tomatoes
Fresh summer melon and cucumber with crispy prosciutto, arugula, and charred chili vinaigrette
Almond and oat deep-dish cookie with blueberry ginger compote and lemon whipped cream
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the ribs with heirloom tomatoes and roasted plums with summer herbs and fresh goat cheese. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please send us an email right after purchasing, and we'll make a note on the registry.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
