Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: Neil Duncanson's Moroccan Spring Feast. Each ticket is for 2 to 3 servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-6:30pm.
Saffron-roasted summer squash with green olive salsa verde, currants, and pine nuts
Roasted carrots with feta, herbs, and pistachio lime vinaigrette
Beef meatballs in spiced tomato sauce
Herbed couscous with almonds and preserved lemon
Moroccan rice pudding with cardamom and blackberry compote
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the meatballs with eggplant. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please send us an email right after purchasing, and we'll make a note on the registry.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
If you are interested in donating a meal: Please purchase any meal as normal and enter DONATION as the recipient. We will turn it into two meals for those in need!
