Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all the dishes from Michelle Nguyen's Korean Barbecue class. Each ticket is for two servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-7pm.
Bo ssam (roasted pork with chili sauce, rice, and lettuce wrap)
Korean glass noodles with sesame and spring vegetables
Seasoned bean sprouts
Korean potato salad
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the pork with roasted cauliflower. Note that the kimchi has fish sauce. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please send us an email right after purchasing, and we'll make a note on the registry.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
