Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all of Abby Canfield's Italian Spring favorites. Each ticket is for 2 to 3 servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-7pm.
Citrus and garlic-marinated olives with roasted cherry tomatoes and oregano
Lasagne with lemony ricotta, caramelized fennel, and green garlic pesto
Grilled artichokes, asparagus, and spring onions with pine nuts, fresh herbs, and pickled lemon dressing
Radicchio and escarole panzanella with crispy prosciutto, basil, and parmesan vinaigrette
Honey panna cotta with balsamic strawberries and pistachio
The meal can be made vegetarian by removing the prosciutto. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please send us an email right after purchasing, and we'll make a note on the registry.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
If you are interested in donating a meal: Please purchase any meal as normal and enter DONATION as the recipient. We will turn it into two meals for those in need!
