Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all the dishes from Abby Canfield's Italian American Classics class. Each ticket is for two servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-7pm.
Antipasti platter of grilled peppers, salami, olives, and garlic and herb-marinated mozzarella
Baked ziti with homemade ricotta
Italian chopped salad with chickpeas, provolone, pepperoncini, and oregano vinaigrette
Parmesan crusted broccolini
The meal can be made vegetarian by omitting the salami. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please send us an email right after purchasing, and we'll make a note on the registry.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
