We are thrilled to welcome Robyn Eckhardt, author of the cookbook Istanbul and Beyond, for a class on the food of Turkey. In this class, Robyn will take you on a tour of the Eastern Mediterranean and Black sea regions, sharing the delicacies enjoyed along the Turkish coast. On the menu: fırında sebzeli balık (whole roasted fish with coriander, thyme and root vegetables); kara lahana dolması (anchovy and rice-filled collards); sarımsaklı yoğurt (garlicky yogurt); kabaklı buğday (cracked wheat with winter squash, chile, and mint); and fındık ezmesi (sticky hazelnut cake made with kadayif).
