But in this class, Srisuda Dougherty will demonstrate that Seattle’s abundance of fresh fish is perfectly suited to Thai cooking. On the menu: tom yum po-tak (hot and sour seafood soup with mushrooms); mussels with lemongrass-infused coconut sauce; pla sam rot (pan-seared halibut with tamarind and palm sugar); and pad pak ruam mit (vegetable stir fry with garlic).
