On the menu: corn fritters with harissa, mint, and lime; corn consommé with quinoa and summer vegetables ; grilled corn slaw with artichokes, summer peas, fennel, basil oil, and crunchy green olives; and cornmeal cookies with vanilla salt, corn ice cream, and huckleberry compote.
