Join Michelle Nguyen as she guides you through these exciting and unique flavors. You’ll make garam masala-braised lamb shanks with pickled sultanas, cilantro, lime, and lentils; homemade flatbread; za'atar roasted radishes with sauteed radish greens and preserved lemons; and Asian pear, celery, and arugula salad with harissa vinaigrette, honey labneh, dates, and pumpkin seeds.
