You’ll start the meal with a tall glass of fresh-brewed peach iced tea, and then get to work making gravy-smothered pork chops; field peas with country ham and pickled peppers; pan-fried okra with pimento cheese aioli; summer squash casserole with garlic and basil; crispy cornbread with salted honey; and warm peach cobbler.
