The Savory Side of Fruit

Our summer fruit season is pretty short in Seattle, and if we’re not careful, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with the explosion of berries and stone fruits taking over the markets. You can only eat dessert for dinner so many times, so Laura Pyles is going to teach us how to turn that fruit into delicious savory meals! You’ll make nectarine and cherry bruschetta with goat cheese and fig vinegar; ginger sesame watermelon salad with mint and basil; and panko-crusted chicken with peach hot sauce.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.

Two days before class we will email everyone the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. All classes are listed in Pacific Daylight Time.
