Let food-preserving-enthusiast Renee Beaudoin show you how to make the most of our fall bounty in this class celebrating the simple joys of the at-home ferment. On the menu: homemade apple cider vinegar; lacto-fermented beets; lacto-fermented garlic; homemade European-style yogurt; sourdough flatbread; and red wine pickled pears. A light meal will be shared to complement the day’s freshly-preserved treats, and you’ll leave with a jar or two to take home!
