The Passover Meal

In this class taught by Arianna Garella, you'll spend the evening learning about traditional Ashkenazi passover meals, and how to improve upon your bubbe's favorite canned gefilte fish. You'll make fresh matzo, that you'll happily snack on year-around, as well as chicken leek soup with flourless "noodles." Perhaps most importantly, you'll learn to make your own whole-stuffed gefilte fish so future generations need not fear the canned version, and a kale and delicata salad. Lastly, the meal will finish with winter fruit compote.
