In this class Meeraf Mamo will teach you how to cook classic Ethiopian dishes at home, with or without forks. On the menu: homemade injera (sourdough flatbread); nitir kibeh (herb-infused ghee); kai siga wat (spicy slow-cooked beef with caramelized onion); misir (spicy red lentil stew); fosolia (spiced green beans, carrots, and peppers); denich alicha (curried root vegetable stew with ginger); and kochkocha (cilantro jalapeno sauce).
