Sure, some people go to Spanish restaurants for the tapas, but around here we go for dessert! In this class Marianna Stepniewski will teach you how to make candy, whip up pate a choux, and bake perfect custards as you make some of her Spanish favorites. On the menu: burnt honey crema Catalana; gateau Basque with Pernod and orange blossom water cream; pistachio soft torrone; from-scratch churros with bittersweet chocolate.
