In this class Marianna Stepniewski will teach you how to make caramel, whip meringue, and bake perfect custard as you make contemporary versions of some of her favorite Mexican desserts. On the menu: burnt milk tres leches cake with coconut canela crumble and honey; banana pecan chocoflan; hibiscus alfajore cookies with spiced pepita cajeta; and plum paletas with lemon verbena and Mezcal.
