No trip to Paris is complete without a classic bistro meal. And since most of us can’t make the trip quite as often as we’d like, we might as well learn how to recreate it at home! In this class Jay Guerrero will share techniques and recipes for some of his favorite classic bistro dishes. On the menu: French onion soup with gruyere crouton; escargots in herbed black garlic butter;  coq au vin (whole chicken braised with red wine, bacon, and mushrooms); and tarte tatin (tart with puff pastry and caramelized apples) with vanilla creme fraiche.
