In this class, Jennifer Altman will show you how to mix, knead and form your sweet dough into a variety of delicacies. You’ll make German bienenstich, also called “bee sting cake” (a yeasted cake topped with honey almond caramel and filled with pastry cream); Polish chocolate babka (a twisted dough loaf laced with chocolate); Hungarian aranygaluska (golden dumplings with walnuts, served with vanilla custard sauce); and Austrian buchteln (pull-apart sweet rolls filled with apricot jam).
