Like most great things, pizza comes in all shapes and sizes. So when a flat pizza just won’t cut it, Laura Pyles will show you how to fold, roll, and braid your dough into a variety of pizza cousins. You’ll make dough from scratch and then fill it and fold it to make meatball calzone with broccolini and roasted peppersmushroom calzone with delicata and caramelized onionspicy Italian meat 'boli with provolone; and spinach, onion, and garlic butter 'boli with mozzarella and provolone. You’ll adorn your pies with homemade marinara and sweet roasted garlic sauce and devour them alongside a classic antipasto chopped salad.
