We started our street food series to highlight some of our favorite tasty treats from around the world, and this month we’ll be hitting the food stalls of Singapore! Join Michelle Nguyen as she guides you through these vibrant flavors, showing you how to source key ingredients locally and re-create the authentic flavors of hawker stalls at home. You’ll make Hainanese chicken and rice with classic dipping sauces; Singaporean chili crab with fried mantou (steam buns); pork satay with sweet soy glaze and peanut sauce; and rojak salad (dessert with tropical fruit, fried tofu, peanuts and a sweet and tangy sauce).
