We started our street food series to highlight some of our favorite tasty treats from around the world, and this month we’ll be hitting the food stalls of Italy! Join Arianna Garella as she guides you through these vibrant flavors, showing you how to source key ingredients locally and re-create the authentic flavors of the Ligurian region of Italy. You’ll make paper-thin stracchino-filled focaccia di recco; fritto misto di mare (fried squid, smelt, and baccala fritters) with grilled lemons and fresh herbs; torta di carciofi (asparagus and artichoke tart); and farinata (chickpea pancake) with fresh pesto, lemon, and arugula.
