Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all of Becky Selengut's Pacific Northwest Spring favorites. Each ticket is for two servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-7pm.
Whipped fava bean, sweet pea, and ricotta with fresh spring veggies
Pacific Northwest Bouillabaisse with piquillo peppers, clams, and mussels
Garlic toasts and saffron rouille
Double roasted and smashed new potatoes with mint, tarragon, and charred lemon
Grilled asparagus with chevre, pickled radish, shaved carrot, and spring herb vinaigrette
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the bouillabaisse with curried kabocha squash soup. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please send us an email right after purchasing, and we'll make a note on the registry.
We're now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
