Join us for the latest installment in our Exploring Italy series, where we’ll take a tour of the different regions in this food-obsessed country. This spring Abby Canfield will take us to the region of Sicily, where she’ll teach us about the local flavors, techniques, and traditions. You’ll make cacio cavallo and spring pea arancini with mint and tarragon pesto; maccu (fava bean and fennel soup) with frittella (braised fava beans and artichokes); homemade tagliarini con sarde (pasta with sardines, fennel, and pine nuts); and freshly-churned rhubarb granita.
