In this class we’ll create a fabulous spring meal with ingredients found at the farmer’s market. Laura Pyles will teach you how to make pan-roasted radishes with dandelion greens, fried garlic and pickled sultanas; carrot rhubarb soup with coconut milk and coriander coconut chips; fideos with spring mushrooms, fennel, asparagus, and basil aioli; and strawberry shiso ebelskebers with sweet creme fraiche.
