He’ll show you how to make, shape, and cut a variety of doughs while answering all of your biscuit-related questions: baking sheet vs. cast iron, touching vs. not touching, and yeasted vs. not yeasted. You’ll make classic buttermilk biscuits with pork sausage gravy; fried apple pie biscuits; caramelized onion and cheese biscuits; and yeasted angel biscuits with hot sauce butter.
