A lunchtime staple in their Salvadoran hometown, pupusas have been slow to make their way to the Pacific Northwest. So Laura Pyles is going to teach us how to make them ourselves! In this class you’ll learn how to make pupusa dough from scratch, and cook them with a variety of fillings: bean & cheese, pork revuletas, and spinach & cheese. You’ll top your pupusas with homemade curtido (spicy fermented slaw) and hot sauce, and enjoy them alongside yucca fries and horchata!
