We will prep all the necessary ingredients for you and all you have to do is pick it up from our garden the day before class!

This meal kit will include everything you need for Kristen Westcoat's Preservation Kitchen: Fermentation class. On the menu: early summer sauerkraut, carrot ginger lactopickles, and cultured herb butter with radishes.

Your meal kit will be ready to be picked up between 5-7pm the day before your class. Contactless pick-up will take place at the entrance to our garden at 1417 NW 70th Street in Ballard. If you need to arrange for a different pick up time, please email us at [email protected] after purchasing your kit.

Please be sure that you select the same date for your meal kit and class!
