Picnic season is coming, and we plan to be ready for it! In this class Abby Canfield will teach us how to create a classic French-style spread for a sunny day. You’ll learn how to scout the best spots and how to pack the perfect Provençal basket as you make nicoise salad with pickled green beans, oil-poached albacore, grilled fennel, marinated tomatoes, and soft-cooked eggs; mustard-rubbed roasted chicken with summer ratatouille and aioli; olive oil crackers; and grilled stone fruit with lavender honey, herbed almonds, and creamy cheese.
