In case you haven’t got the time to make the trip up Machu Picchu, we’re bringing the food stalls of Peru to you! In this class Michelle Nguyen will teach you about the diverse flavors that make up Peruvian cuisine as you make octopus and shrimp ceviche with lime and aji amarillo and plantain chips; patarashca (cumin-spiced trout grilled in a bamboo leaf with garlic, onions, and banana peppers); anticuchos (marinated beef skewers with yellow and green chile sauces); and yuquitas a la huancaina (fried yuca with Peruvian cheese sauce).
