Peking Duck might have started out as a dish for the Imperial Court, but there’s no reason we can’t make it ourselves! In this class Jay Guerrero will walk you through all the steps of sourcing, preparing, carving, and serving classic Peking duck with all of the trimmings. On the menu: roasted Peking duck with bao bing (pancakes), pickled radishes, and homemade hoisin sauce and chili oil, as well as sauteed pea vines with sesame and ginger.
