You’ll make dajaj mahshi (roasted Cornish hens stuffed with spiced meat and rice); salatah bil tahini (spring vegetable and herb salad with tahini yogurt dressing); ful akhdar bil ziet (olive oil-sauteed fava beans); and qalayet bandora (tomato stew with fresh herbs and olive oil).
