We don’t know about you, but when we think about Spain, there’s one dish that jumps to mind: paella! In this class Laura Pyles will lead a discussion of the Spanish pantry, and teach you how to cook contemporary versions of their most famous dish. You’ll sip on Spanish wine (for educational purposes, of course!) as you make tomato-rubbed bread with olive oil and sea salt; paella with chicken, smoked sausage, and artichokes; paella with prawns, chorizo, mussels, cod, and calamari; paella with chickpeas, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, and summer squash; and paella with rabbit, snails and piquillo peppers.
