Join us for this summer’s kids camp with the Pantry! This year we’ll spend the week learning about doughs and batters, while exploring some of our favorite culinary destinations right here in our Pantry kitchen. We’ll recreate the classic Southern bakery, a Brooklyn pizzeria, a summer picnic, an Asian night market, and the falafel stand.
Each morning will be spent preparing and cooking lunch, and after lunch each day we’ll spend the last hour of camp making, and then indulging in, a little dessert, as well as compiling our recipes into a cookbook that they will leave with at the end of the week! On our tour, we'll be stopping just long enough to make some of the tastiest dishes from scratch: buttermilk biscuits sandwiches, berry cornmeal buckle, pizza, pasta, summer vegetable tarts, fruit hand pies, Asian dumplings, bubble tea, flatbreads, seedy crackers, and rolled baklava.
