You learn how to select and pair cheese with different flavors, how to compose stunning snack boards, and batch-make cocktails ahead of time. You’ll make candied nuts with paprika and mustard, slow-roasted garlic marinated mozzarella, and goat cheese stuffed peppadew peppers. There will be homemade bay and sea salt lavash and almond and apricot crisps that you can cover with smoked trout dip with dill and sweet onion and preserved lemon-cured lox, as well as ginger pear sparkling punch and charred pineapple rum punch.
